We, Freeman and Linda Medley want to welcome you, our special guests, to our home away from home.

 

Newly constructed Sunrise Beach features incredible gulf front views and is centrally located in Panama City Beach’s tourist district.  Just steps from Gulf World and Pier Park as well as minutes from Shipwreck Island Water Park and the Miracle Strip Amusement Park, with numerous restaurants nearby.

 

The 25 story condominium sits above a four-level parking garage and features an elevated pool deck situated 50 feet above the beach.  The private pool deck contains two oversized pools (one of which is heated), two hot tub/spas, and an expansive children’s water spray area.  The fifth floor amenity deck also includes a professionally-designed, gym-quality fitness room, a video arcade, a private theater room with 50-inch plasma TV, and a spacious private clubhouse with catering kitchen.

 

Our two bedroom, two bath, bunkroom unit has been decorated with the finest in upscale furnishings, and contains all the modern conveniences you would expect, including a fully-equipped kitchen with built-in microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender, with gas grills located adjacent to the beach access.  The unit also has broad band internet access, as well as a 42” flat screen high definition television.

 

Our gulf-front unit offers a spacious private balcony so that you can listen to the relaxing sounds of the gentle waves.  Our balcony is furnished so that you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee, indulge yourself with a good book, or relax and watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

 

When you arrive you will need to obtain a parking permit from the Resort Quest office located on the fifth floor.  An arm band, for pool use, can be obtained for a minimal charge from the Association Manager whose office is located on the fifth floor to the left of the Resort Quest office.

 

You will also find the luggage carts on the fifth floor in an area to the right of the office.  We ask that you do not bring the cart into the unit, as it may damage the walls.

 

When you enter you will find the thermostat set to 78 degrees (summer) or 58 degrees (winter).  This can be adjusted for your desired comfort however, we ask that you return the setting to that which you found upon your arrival.

 

You will also find the water heater turned off.  The breaker for the heater is located inside the mechanical closet located in the hallway across from the thermostat.

 

Please put all dishes in the dishwasher and all laundry; sheets, towels, etc., in the laundry room when you are preparing to leave.

 

Please remove the trash and any perishables from the unit.  The trash shoot is located just outside the unit.

 

Please draw and close the blinds in the master suite and living area.  Should panels of the blinds become un-synchronized, call and we can instruct you on how to adjust them.

 

In order to allow sufficient time to prepare the unit for other guests, please plan your arrival for 3:00P.M. or later and departure for 11:00A.M. or earlier.

 

Rules:

 

1.      No smoking in the unit.  Smoking on the balcony is permitted with glass door closed.  Please empty ashtrays and remove contents from unit.

2.      Please keep glass doors to the balcony closed, this helps keep the moisture down in the unit.  Also be aware that when the glass door is open and someone opens the rear entry door strong wind gusts can be experienced.

3.      No animal pets.  (wives, husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends are acceptable)

4.      No one under 25 is permitted to be left unsupervised.

5.      No towels hung on the balcony rail.
